No, the confirmation is not instant. After you submit your booking inquiry through our website, we will provide the availability and the total price of the session. We will require your final confirmation and a deposit payment to complete the reservation.

Please ensure that you provide the correct email address when booking to receive the confirmation.

Online reservations require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice, meaning the earliest you can book is for the following day.

In celebration of our 10th anniversary in 2025, we are delighted to offer a complimentary hotel pick-up and drop-off service for our guests.

Please note: An additional fee applies for pick-ups from the northern areas of Phuket. To check whether a pick-up fee applies, please provide your hotel name when inquiring.

Yes. A deposit of 30% of the total amount is required at the time of reservation. The remaining 70% can be paid on the day of the photo shoot.

Absolutely. Children aged one year (or even less) and older are welcome to join the session. However, they must be accompanied by at least one adult at all times.

Adult costumes are available in free size, while a variety of sizes are offered for children.

If you’d like to ensure the costume will fit you comfortably, please include your height and weight in the customer notes when booking. Should we find that we don’t have a suitable size available, we will gladly prepare new costumes to accommodate your needs.
